At Marketingcart, we offer two types of offerings: digital products and digital marketing services. Each has separate refund guidelines due to the nature of delivery and immediate value provided. Please review the policy carefully before placing an order.
Marketingcart is owned and operated by Innoreach Tech Solutions LLP.
1. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Digital products include templates, dashboards, reports, planners, guides, ebooks, and marketing data.
These items are delivered instantly upon purchase. Therefore, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
This includes situations where:

You changed your mind

You no longer need the product

The product did not meet personal expectations

You purchased the wrong item

Your system does not support the file format
This policy exists to prevent unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse of digital content.
Eligible Refund Situations for Digital Products
A refund may be issued ONLY if:
✔ Duplicate purchase
If the same product was accidentally bought twice, we will refund the duplicate amount.
✔ Incorrect product delivered
If you receive the wrong file, we will replace it or refund you.
✔ Technical issue
If you cannot access the file due to a technical error on our end and the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be approved.
Refund Window
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Service offerings include:

These services involve time, effort, strategy, and resource allocation from our expert team. Therefore, they have different refund rules.
Non-Refundable Situations for Services
Refunds will NOT be provided for the following:
❌ After work has started
Once any work is initiated—such as audits, account setup, analysis, strategy building, campaign creation, or meetings—services become non-refundable.
❌ After service delivery
If campaign assets, plans, or consultancy sessions have been delivered, no refund will be issued.
❌ Results-based dissatisfaction
We do not provide refunds based on performance outcomes such as leads, sales, or cost variations, as results depend on market behavior and external factors.
❌ Delays caused by the client
If delays occur due to missing access, approvals, creative assets, or instructions from the client, refunds cannot be claimed.
❌ If the client discontinues voluntarily
If a client cancels midway through the service period, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued.
3. When Service Refunds May Be Considered
A partial refund may be considered ONLY if:
✔ Work has not started
No work has been done and no resource has been assigned.
✔ Duplicate order
If the same service plan was purchased twice accidentally.
✔ Payment made but zero onboarding
If the client purchased a plan but onboarding could not be completed due to our operational issue.
If approved, refunds for services will be processed in the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed after product delivery or service initiation will be considered a violation of this policy. Marketingcart / Innoreach Tech Solutions LLP reserves the right to block accounts, suspend services, or take further action if fraudulent chargebacks occur.
